Q: What’s your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
A: Usually, the MOQ is 1000pcs/color/style.
Q: May I have some samples from you before I buy?
A: As we will make the new samples for customers, so, we will ask for some samples fee at the very begginning,and also the freight will be paid by buyer. But the samples fee could be refunded after orders coming
Q: Can you do personalized items according to our drawings?
A: Absolutely yes, Customized design is welome. After many years had work on the garments and bags items, much experience and abundant resources have been collected. Our professional staff and state of the art equipment allow us to have the capability to design and manufacture a wide range of new items according to the buyer's requirements.
Q: What kind of payment way do you accept?
A: We will accept the payment of:
1. T/T (30% deposit, 70% against the fax of shipping documents)
2. L/C at sight
3. West Union or Paypal (for small amount orders or samples fee)
Q:What’s the leadtime for samples
A:7-10days after we get the samples fee
Q:What’s the leadtime for delivery?
A:40-45days after Pre-Production samples confirmation.
